- Thermostats & smart controls: 2-year manufacturer warranty.
- Air curtains & ventilation: 1-year manufacturer warranty.
- Bath & body products: 6 months against manufacturing defects.
- Installation workmanship: 90 days on labour performed by our technicians.
How to claim
- Email info@botanve.co with your order number and a short description or photo of the issue.
- Our support team responds within 24 hours to diagnose or schedule an inspection.
- If covered, we repair, replace or refund at no cost to you.
What's not covered
- Physical damage, tampering or unauthorized repairs.
- Damage caused by power surges without a stabilizer.
- Consumables such as filters, remotes and batteries.
- Cosmetic wear and tear.
