Returns & Refunds

You can return most unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and warranty cards intact.

1. Email info@botanve.co with your order number and reason.
2. Our team responds within 24 hours with a pickup slot.
3. We collect the item from your address — free of charge within the UAE.
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once received and inspected.

If your item arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

• Installed air conditioners, air curtains and ventilation systems.
• Custom-configured or special-order products.
• Bath and personal-use items once opened, for hygiene reasons.
• Completed technician service visits.
