Shipping & Delivery

• Dubai & Sharjah: Same-day or next-day delivery.
• Abu Dhabi, Ajman, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah: 1–3 business days.
• Free delivery on all orders over AED 150.
• Orders under AED 150: flat AED 25 delivery fee.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Air conditioners, air curtains and other large items are delivered by our own logistics team and can be scheduled for a preferred date and time slot. Installation can be added at checkout or booked separately via our Services page.
