Do you deliver across the entire UAE?+
Yes — we deliver to all seven emirates. Dubai and Sharjah orders arrive same-day or next-day; other emirates take 1–3 business days.
Is delivery free?+
Delivery is free on all orders over AED 150. Orders below that carry a flat AED 25 fee.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara instalments, and cash on delivery for orders under AED 5,000.
Can you install the appliance I buy?+
Yes. Our certified in-house technicians install ACs, thermostats, air curtains and ventilation systems across the UAE. You can add installation at checkout or book it separately on our Services page.
Are your products genuine?+
Every product is sourced through authorized channels and carries full manufacturer warranty valid in the UAE.
Can I return an item?+
Yes — unopened items can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. See our Returns page for the full policy.
